Daisy: Hey, you don’t have to be sorry. I’m happy you feel that way about me. It was just so sudden, I didn’t… I don’t know what to say.
Kiro: I…
Kiro: I’ve never been in a relationship, and I’m not even sure WHAT i like.
Kiro: I suck, huh. Shouldn’t have taken it out on you.
Daisy: Kiro,
Kiro: Don’t worry about it, Daisy… let’s just say it never happened. Where’s Ben? We should go.
Daisy: If you feel strongly about something, don’t just keep it to yourself…
And this is why I voted Daisy as my favorite character. Don’t get me wrong: the whole cast is great, and each brings something interesting to the table. But Daisy is just the absolute coolest, in my subjective opinion.
I agree that Daisy is the coolest. I think she is also the most mature, which may be a large part of why she is the coolest, at least in my book. Another large part is that she’s the best at survival, the one of them who is the most in her element, the rest are inherently less cool by simply being out of their depth.
On another note: Kiro appears to have some growing up to do. Back to the same topic: Daisy appears to be helping out.
Can’t tell if Kiro is actually that unsure, or if she’s just saying what she thinks Daisy wants to here to avoid causing any trouble. Both seem plausible, especially since Kiro isn’t exactly upfront (see also her leaning into Reina’s attraction despite not being sure how she personally felt).
Either way, it’s relatable as hell. Ow.
As if Kiro didn’t have enough on her mind, let’s just add that to the pile. Although Daisy is a very understanding person, which does make this situation a bit better for her.
I hope that Kiro can find out who she likes, I wonder if it would be one of the current cast or someone we’ve yet to see. At least Daisy is being understanding and level with Kiro through this.
