A brutal ending
——————————————————————————
Thank you to new patrons Andrew Simon & Nephili!
I also wanted to thank again those of you who have purchased the comic books. I hope they’re of reasonably good quality. If you did I’d appreciate leaving a rating on the Amazon page; if there’s anything that can be improved I would also love to know, I’m working on putting together the 2nd book which should be out sometime this month…

Kiro: Looks pretty rough down there…
Kiro: Daisy, I’m having second thoughts about –
I purchased the book and it is definitely good quality, unfortunately I couldn’t rate it on Amazon as they don’t care whether I have bought a specific product, but products in a certain value per year, so I don’t qualify for writing ratings because I seldom buy from them (for what reason that might be?).
A nice feature would have been the title printed on the spine, but I don’t know if that is possible. Looking forward to the next books, thank you for your work!
Thanks for your input! Unfortunately the spine was too narrow to have the title printed, though I did attempt that. That’s interesting. I didn’t know Amazon ratings worked that way. I guess I don’t buy enough from them either to qualify.
Ouch! Don’t underestimate a curse that can ground a large ship… 🙁
Wait why is Daisy not in the last panel? For a moment I thought she may have abandoned Kiro since she’s not pictured, but it wouldn’t make sense to abandon at this point. And the piece snapping wouldn’t make sense either if she had let go.
@DarkLumi: I don’t think the wheel in the last panel is the same one that Daisy was cranking on, it seems to be situated on the beam as opposed to on the base.
Thanks for clarifying! 🙂
It’s like Final Destination had a kid with Murphy to make a new law, not only will it go wrong if it can, it’s out to kill you too!
Lifeboats are designed to be deployed by just releasing the brake. There is no need to crank any wheels except to recover empty boats. No human would be able to hold the weight of the boat and passengers when it is being lowered.
Also snapback of wires can cause serious injury and even fatality.
Surf’s up, Kiro.
