Just one of those things about life in the abandoned factory

7.20 Transcript
Reina: In a word, bad… Some time ago there was an explosion on the lower levels. It released a cloud of toxic gas, and happened to contaminate a whole lot of food.
Reina: You don’t happen to know something about that, do you?
[Kiro: The curse?]
Kiro: Uh, no?
Reina: Your face says something different.
Kiro: Reina, why would I
Reina: Ja, ja! You’re just so cute when you’re nervous.
Reina: Also, the internet went down.
Kiro: Is that why you’re in the library?
Reina: Don’t insult me. I’m not throwing away my future like the rest.
To tease, or not to tease. That is the question.
Tease!
Also, things are getting worse by the moment.
That is one thorough curse. O.O
And the downward spiral begins! The port is closed and no more supplies can come in, their food supply is significantly reduced, and now communication with the outside world has been cut off.
Yep, “bad” just about sums it up.
I feel as though this is rapidly turning into the game Frostpunk.
Time to reignite the foundry and resettle around it, the city must survive. 😉
You forget: part of the reason they have internet is to distract them with their addiction. And if there is no more outlet for that addiction…
NO INTERNET!!! it time to party hard Jack Torrance style!!!!!
Oops. That happened at my school, once. They had to close down a third of it. Good thing the school wasn’t hundreds of miles from civilization, we could just order pizza.
An explosion of toxic gas? Yikes!
Yup! Turns out the same kids who liked jumping on playground equipment until it broke also thought putting random chemical reagents in an oven was a good idea.
Sounds like the camp is falling apart…!
Toxic gas at the detox camp? How ironic. [GLaDOS voice off]
Panel 6 is killing me
Also I like how Reina can tell something’s up, but is still willing to like, trust Kiro saying it’s not her (even if she’ll tease her anyway)
She seems shifty, but ultimately not as like, cold as she’d have you believe
I feel somewhat of a kinship with Reina. I am definitely somewhat of an internet addict, but if I have a good book I’d rather just read.
