5.09 Transcript
Kiro: What do you mean, they’re after us? Didn’t we get out already?
Daisy: We didn’t officially finish. Not accounted for.
Daisy: Speaking of which, did you do something to Darien and Jack?
Kiro: Uh…
Kiro: I knocked them out, like, “bam!”
Daisy: Maybe I’d believed that if you weren’t so scrawny.
Kiro: I am not scrawny!
Is it an eagle that shows up when Kiro is asked about something which in fact relates to her special abilities? 🙂
Kiro, you’re scrawny. There are twigs brawnier then you.
I woner if she’d porefer “90 pound weakling”?
Just tell Daisy the truth and let her deal with it. 🙂
She has a height complex too.
Don’t laugh. When I graduated high school I was 5’2″ and 98lbs.
Even the high school kids had gotten bored of messing with me.
Got my last growth spurt as I was entering college …
I mean, when I was a sophomore in high school, I was jealous of the 98 pound weaklings, because they had 8 pounds on me.
I was also 4 foot 10 inches tall.
I punched like a jackhammer, though, because as one of the smallest kids in school (in the 6th grade, the kindergarteners were bigger than I was), I was an apparent easy target for any and all bullies. They all rather quickly learned I was a target that cost far too much to be worth any bully’s efforts. They’d end up with bitten eyeballs and such.
Never underestimate the 90 pound supposed weaklings, because every now and again you’ll encounter the one that can destroy those that are more than twice their size.
Scrawny Kiro is best waifu.
So… the eagle shows up, maybe reminding Kiro about the “be wary of eagles” thing, and she decides not to tell. I guess she did take note of the design on the arrowheads. But clearly Daisy is a good ally and not someone to be wary of. Is there some sort of clash between their respective abilities? Can they not just work around it? I sure hope so, I want good things for both of them, such as having a good and close ally.
