No Ben, huh. I get that he might not have wanted to join them and get even more in danger, but I wonder if the other crew is really safe for him. They were shocked at his survival but didn’t show any real happiness about it, so they never cared much about him beyond a political prop. (Unless, of course, he was a plant for Darien the entire time to make their expedition look bad and things backfired on him when he got captured.)
