Kiro: You need a reason?
Kiro: You wanted to be president, so act like it. … Whatever the case, people are looking to you.
Reina: Don’t you see though, what does it matter if we’re just stuck here either way. No one’s comine for us.
Kiro: Hey Reina, Life just deals us a crap hand some times.
Kiro: You of all people should know that.
Kiro: There, there.
Shipping intensifies! On a ship, no less!
Kiro’s face in panel 4: wondering who else she has to steer to keep the whole camp from giving up and dying.
A perfect comment! She really has demonstrated that she’s the leader they need.
Only two things in Alaska: queers and steerers, and I don’t see no rainbows on you, girl.
Oh. Nevermind. Carry on. (^.^)-b
I KNEW IT!!!<3
I wonder to what extent Kiro knows what she’s doing, what she’s getting herself into, with this.
Well, I think you have her attention now. Hope it’s the kind of attention you want, though.
Aside from A, I think it’s been a while since anybody’s shown Reina any sort of affection.
Given how Kiro typically rolls, I fully expect that Reina switching her affections to her will be an utter surprise. Because Kiro has consistently getting herself into trouble by not looking before she leaps. Everyone’s favorite eagle oerson may have to put Kiro’s nose in it because yeah.
Which given that Reina actually is looking forward on that count more than Kiro does makes for a decent partnership. If Kiro’s secrets don’t cause critical damage upon reveal.
“If Kiro’s secrets don’t cause critical damage upon reveal.” Expecting exactly that whenever peak drama is needed. “We’ve been dating for three months of Alaskan winter, the campers are on the verge of war since the generator failed, and now I find out you’ve been covering for my ex who abandoned me here?!?”
Not to mention the fact that she’s cursed, and that her curse is probably the reason that the universe is trying to get everyone killed…
