Kiro: When a light arrow strikes something, I can…
[Kiro: Ugh no matter how I put it, it sounds ridiculous]
Kiro: I can…
A: Jump onto the Dream Shore and interact with spirits in physical form?
Kiro: Huh? How did you…
A: The captain called it that in his journal.
A: I see… this makes things very interesting, indeed.
Kiro: Should I be scared?
Daisy: I’m back, Archie! Make me dinner.
“No, not yet.”
“Make me dinner.”
“Now, you should be scared.” . . .
Right. Who wants to be dinner?
What language is that on the diary?
Magical Language!
It looks like a mixture of different scripts.
The first glyph is either a Latin C or a Cyrillic С.
The second glyph is almost definitely an Î.
The third glyph looks like a Greek or Coptic lambda λ.
The fourth glyph is a phi ϕ symbol that is used by mathematicians.
The fifth glyph is used in machines as a stand-in for glyphs that cannot be rendered. Or maybe a rectangle.
The sixth and seventh I don’t know. They look like an upside-down Ü and a fancy И to me.
Assuming that is the front face of the diary, we can at least assume that whatever it is, it is read from left to right.
And that it means “Captain”.
It looks like (but not very like) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inuktitut_syllabics
the tribes here would be Na-Dene, not Inuit
